How We Can Help

We will show you how to improve your quality of life.

Immediate Relief

We specialize in therapies that are fast acting. 303 Denver Chiropractic focuses on all the goals of patients from returning to play quickly to traveling safely without pain. At 303 Denver Chiropractic, we understand that most people will suffer from pain that keeps them from enjoying life and want to make sure you return to the things that make your world interesting.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Chiropractic adjustments are quick low-pressure movements that allow the joint space in the spine to be corrected and aligned. SI joints and misaligned ribs respond very quickly to adjustments.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a technique that uses the same filament needles as acupuncture. The main difference is the depth in which the needle is used. Dry needling works very well from trigger points in the shoulders, neck and low back.

Myofascial Release Technique

Myofascial release technique is a form of soft tissue therapy that allows the practitioner to break down scar tissue that builds up in the body following injury or daily wear and tear. This technique works very well on large muscle groups like hips, back and neck muscles.

Graston

Graston is an instrument guided soft tissue therapy that allows the practitioner to break down scar tissue around joint, ligaments and tendons.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression works by mechanically pumping spinal discs to allow for decreased pressure on nerve roots and to help pump nutrition into the discs of the spine. This type of therapy works wonders on herniated or bulging discs.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is used for neuromuscular re-education. It helps by targeting and training muscles that are important for stabilizing the spine and extremities.

Reducing joint dysfunction is one of how chiropractic care plays a huge role in preventative health. Just because you are not in pain does not mean your body is healthy. Any abnormalities in joints, resulting from any number of mini-traumas, can cause compensation movements that can affect normal body movement.

By the time pain presents itself, the actual dysfunction could have been present for a long time. This can cause damage that could be avoided with regular adjustments by a chiropractor.

Poor posture has become an epidemic in modern society. The human body was not designed to sit in a chair for long periods of time, as our culture has started to do rather regularly, it was designed to move! Posture problems can cause shoulder, back and neck pain and a host of other side effects, including: worsening of depression symptoms, putting stress on the body, disrupting cardiovascular circulation and lymph drainage, and even constipation.

Chiropractic adjustments and personalized home-care suggestions can fix these posture problems by making sure your spine is straight and strong. It’s amazing what it can do for issues you probably wouldn’t normally associate with spinal health.

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
